All resident rooms are large, private and contain their own bathroom. All rooms have a call system for a nurse or aide, and are wired for phone, cable television, and internet access. Large bay windows provide abundant, natural light and afford a beautiful view of the surrounding gardens and trees. Residents are encouraged to bring their own pictures, furniture and memorabilia to provide a personal touch and make their surroundings more familiar and pleasant.

Each facility offers large, well-appointed family and dining rooms that allow for comfortable, relaxed socializing. Professional chefs and a baker run the state-of-the art kitchens and often the first thing you will notice upon entering a Barss facility is the smell of home cooking.

Barss Residential Care has two well-equipped physical therapy rooms, a large activity area and a beauty parlor.
